What are CCPLC hours? Preschool is open between the hours of 8:00am-3:45pm.

Does CCPLC have a required drop off time? Yes. Your child MUST arrive between 8:00-9:00am. Because our preschool day begins promptly at 9:00am, drop-offs after 9:00am is prohibited.

Does CCPLC offer a preschool curriculum? YES! The offered curriculum is what sets CCPLC apart from other programs in the area. CCPLC offers a detailed, hands-on curriculum which accommodates all ages (3-5), learning styles and developmental abilities. Check out the curricula tab for more information. You may also visit our Facebook page for a look inside of our day-to-day activities.

How do I enroll my child at CCPLC? Because we are full, you must first join our wait list. Once a space presents itself, you will be required to pay a non-refundable security deposit, and complete all required documents prior to your child’s first day. These documents can be found on the enrollment tab.

How are parents notified of any updates, news, etc.? Once enrolled, you will be invited to the CCPLC parent group. It is there that parents are made aware of all CCPLC happenings.

Does CCPLC require parent involvement? Yes. Family is a child’s first teacher. I value families as partners in the growth and development of children while enrolled here at CCPLC. Parents are REQUIRED to be involved in the program, visit your child(ren) in my classroom, participate in events, and provide feedback on the program. I encourage families to participate and support your child’s learning goals. From time to time, I offer an opportunity for families to participate in the activities that help with growth and improvement of their child’s education. I REQUIRE families to take an active role. Please be sure to monitor the CCPLC parent page for announcements of these activities and events

Does CCPLC accept CAPS? No.

Is CCPLC able to accommodate early drop-offs/late pickups? No. Unfortunately, I, too, have things to do within my own personal life outside of preschool. Those who are picked up late on more than three occasions will be dismissed from the program.

What are the required criteria for enrollment? Children must be between the ages for 3-5 years and FULLY potty-trained at the time of enrollment.

What does it mean to be FULLY potty-trained? Children who are FULLY potty-trained are capable of completing ALL bathroom steps with little to no assistance. FULLY potty-trained children wear big boy/girl underwear to school, and are capable of staying dry throughout the duration of nap time.

When is tuition due? Weekly tuition is due on Monday mornings at drop off. Any tuition paid after this time will result in an automatic $50.00 inconvenience fee. Enrolled families will receive a tuition contract which outlines additional late fees.

What holidays does CCPLC observe? CCPLC closings follow those of the Coweta County School System. Visit the enrollment tab to view a copy of our closing calendar.

Can my child bring in personal items such as toys? No. I ask that all personal belongings remain at home. Young children have a hard time freely sharing what’s theirs. Because of this, I ask that all extra belongings stay home. If brought to school, your child will place their belongings in his/her cubby until it is time to go home.

Does CCPLC offer before/after care for school-aged children? No.

Does CCPLC operate during the summer months? In the past, yes! This year (2024), there will be no offered summer camp. The site will be updated with any future changes.
